Build the Drink Completely Before Placing
Finish preparing the cocktail and allow the foam to stabilize fully. Then lower the topper face up and flat onto the foam surface. A 3-inch topper covers the full glass opening so it needs a stable, level foam surface to land on correctly.

Lower It Flat and Face Up
At 3 inches, the topper spans the full glass top. Lower it flat and face up directly onto the foam. Do not tilt or angle it during placement, as this causes one edge to sink below the foam line before the topper is fully seated.
