Return & Replacement Policy

At PrimeToppers, we take pride in delivering high-quality edible custom printing products. Due to the personalized and consumable nature of our products, please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom & Edible Products – No Returns

All edible printed products, cake toppers, and cocktail toppers are made to order and are considered custom, perishable items. For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed or delivered.

Color Variation Disclaimer

Please note that colors printed on edible food surfaces may vary from what is displayed on digital screens. Differences can occur due to:

  • Edible inks and food-safe printing materials
  • Surface type (icing sheets, wafer paper, frosting, foam, etc.)
  • Screen settings, lighting, and image resolution

These natural color variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for replacements, refunds, or exchanges.

Replacement Eligibility

We will gladly review your order for replacement only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product (incorrect design, size, or quantity)
  • The product arrived damaged due to shipping
  • There is a printing error caused by us (excluding color variation)

To request a replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number.

Non-Eligible Replacement Cases

The following situations are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement:

  • Color differences between digital images and edible printed products
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish
  • Customer-provided low-resolution or incorrect artwork
  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Order Cancellations

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your design, text, and order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
