Prime Toppers is a custom edible printing business based in Madera, California. We produce custom edible images, cocktail toppers, frosting sheets, wafer paper products, chocolate transfer sheets, and custom printed cookies for personal, event, and corporate use. All products are produced to order using FDA-approved, food-grade edible inks and materials.
Placing an order on primetoppers.com constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a written order confirmation from us via email.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or concerns about the content of a submitted design. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
All custom products are made to order. Once production has begun on a custom order, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
All prices listed on primetoppers.com are in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time your order is confirmed is the price you will be charged.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Installment payment options may be available through Sezzle, subject to their own terms and conditions. Prime Toppers is not responsible for any terms, fees, or decisions made by third-party payment providers.
Sales tax will be applied to applicable orders in accordance with California state tax law and any other jurisdictions where Prime Toppers has a tax nexus.
Prime Toppers produces custom products based on artwork, images, logos, and designs submitted by the customer at the time of ordering. By submitting artwork or an image as part of your order, you confirm and warrant that:
Prime Toppers does not screen submitted artwork for intellectual property compliance. We print customer-submitted designs in good faith. Prime Toppers accepts no liability for any intellectual property infringement arising from customer-submitted artwork. If a third party raises a claim related to a design you submitted, you agree to indemnify and hold Prime Toppers harmless from any resulting costs, damages, or legal fees.
We reserve the right to refuse to print any submitted design that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be offensive, illegal, or in violation of any third-party rights.
Color accuracy: We use FDA-approved, food-grade edible inks and calibrated printing equipment to reproduce your submitted image as accurately as possible. However, because edible inks print onto starch and icing layers rather than standard paper, slight color variations from the original file can occur. These variations are inherent to edible printing and do not constitute a printing error.
Orders are processed and shipped from Madera, California. Handling time is a minimum of one business day for standard orders. Bulk orders may require additional production time.
We ship via USPS and UPS within the continental United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before payment is submitted. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Prime Toppers is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over $99 within the continental United States. International shipping is available at additional cost. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
If you provide your own carrier account number, title and risk of loss pass to you at the point of handoff to that carrier. For all other shipments, risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified destination.
Because all Prime Toppers products are custom-made to order using perishable edible materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges as standard practice.
If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing error caused by Prime Toppers, or is incorrect due to our mistake, we will provide a replacement or a refund at our discretion. To initiate a claim, you must contact us at support@primetoppers.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Refunds, where approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Our edible icing sheets, wafer papers, and food-grade inks are gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free. Our custom printed cookies are baked with wheat, egg, and dairy and are not allergen-free.

Our edible sheet materials are not certified kosher. If kosher certification is required for your event or order, please contact us at support@primetoppers.com before placing your order.
