Cut Each Circle Cleanly from the Sheet
The 48 circles are printed but not pre-cut. Use scissors, a 1.25" circle punch, or a sharp craft blade to cut each circle from the sheet. Work with a sharp tool for the cleanest edge. At 1.25 inches, a precise cut edge matters because the circle sits entirely within the dessert surface.

Check the Surface Before Applying
Fresh buttercream or fondant provides enough natural moisture for the frosting sheet to bond without additional adhesive. For dry or set icing surfaces, apply a very small amount of water, piping gel, or corn syrup to the back of the circle. Use sparingly at this size as too much moisture will soften the frosting sheet before it can be positioned.

Position the Circle with Care
At 1.25 inches, there is less room to adjust once the circle touches the surface. Hold the circle above the dessert, align it centrally, and lower it flat rather than placing it at an angle. A flat, centred placement looks professional. A tilted placement is visible and not easily corrected.

Press Gently and Smoothly
Once positioned, press the circle lightly from the centre outward using a clean, dry fingertip. The circle is small, so one or two smooth passes is enough. Avoid pressing hard enough to distort the dessert surface beneath the circle.

Store and Display Away from Moisture
Store unused sheets sealed in a cool, dry location. Once applied, keep desserts away from humidity and refrigeration. Frosting sheet is sensitive to moisture after application. If the desserts must be refrigerated, allow them to return fully to room temperature before serving to prevent condensation from affecting the print.
