How to Apply Your Custom Frosting Sheet Toppers

Prep the Surface First
The best surfaces for frosting sheet toppers are freshly iced buttercream, smooth fondant, or set ganache. Avoid very wet or oily surfaces — they prevent the sheet from bonding and can cause it to slide or dissolve.

Peel the Circle from the Sheet
With clean, dry hands, gently lift the circle from the frosting sheet backing. If it's sticking, pop the sheet in the freezer for 10–15 seconds - it releases cleanly without tearing.

Apply Moisture if Needed
On dry surfaces like fondant, lightly brush the back of the topper with a tiny amount of water, piping gel, or edible glue. Do not over-wet - even a few drops of moisture goes a long way. Excess will cause wrinkling or melting.
