How to Stick Edible Toppers to a Cake and Cookies

1. Ensure the Cake Surface Is Ready

   • Ideal surfaces: buttercream, fondant, or ganache

   • Avoid very wet or oily surfaces as they can dissolve the topper.

2. Prepare the Edible Topper

   • Gently remove the topper from the backing sheet (if applicable).

   • If it’s on a frosting sheet and won’t peel off, place it in the freezer for 10–15 seconds to help release it.
